Introducing CNA

Caisse Nationale des Autoroutes (CNA) is a financially independent public administrative agency established in 1963. Acting on behalf of France’s motorway concession-holders (i.e., operating companies), its role is to raise finance for the building and development of toll motorways. For this purpose, CNA issues debt securities on the French and international markets; it also borrows from selected financial institutions.
