ASFA

The Association des Sociétés Françaises d’Autoroutes et d’Ouvrages à Péage [Federation of French motorway and toll facility companies] (ASFA) is a unique professional organisation at the service of all its members for promoting the concessionary system. It exists to provide a forum for the exchange of experience, for discussion and joint action, as well as for research and the promotion of joint policies.

On 6th February 2002, ASFA became the“Association des Sociétés Françaises d’Autoroutes et d’Ouvrages à Péage“ [Federation of French motorway and toll facility companies] in order clearly to demonstrate its desire to accommodate and represent all companies in the sector (embracing tunnels, bridges and viaducts, operators, and so on…).

Five organizations, which were only members associated to the association, became members of it fully-fledged. They thus joined the eight founding members.
